Processing time

The time we need to prepare an order for shipping varies. For details, see individual items.

Estimated shipping times

North America: 3-7 business day.  We’ll do our best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose.

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I’m not responsible for delays due to customs.

Shipping methods

Offering FedEX/USPS basic ground shipping with optional upgrade to express delivery via USPS Priority Mail.

Every package comes with insurance covering up to $100, any additional upgrade can be discussed prior the purchase.

We are not responsible for lost, held, or damaged packages. We are not responsible for miss-delivery errors via carrier, or incorrect shipping info. Shipping is a service you purchase from FedEx and/or USPS along with your order from me so any shipping issues must be handled by contacting the carrier.

Packaging

For protection during shipping process all items are carefully packed into large corrugated boxes.

Some flowers require extra care and will be separated by shelves inside the boxes.

We are using Eco friendly and recycled materials as much as possible, however due to fragile nature of the product, some orders will come with extra packaging like bubble wrap.
